The official language of the Conference is English. No simultaneous translation shall be provided.
The scientific sessions will be held in the conference hall (oral presentations) and in the entrance hall (posters). Personal computer with video beam for Power Point presentations will be available.
The sessions will focus on the topics of current interest given in the announcement. Oral presentations of invited and selected speakers will present general aspects of the Conference. Due to limited time and great interest, other accepted contributions will be presented as posters.
Poster Sessions will run for four full days. Authors are kindly requested to put up their posters on Monday (September 22, 2008) before 9:30 and to be present by their posters during the oral sessions’ breaks.
Poster space 80 x 120 cm will be provided including push pins/duct tape to affix the material. If authors require additional space for their posters, that should be notified well in advance.
Poster review and discussion will be held on Thursday (September 25, 2008) at 14:00. All posters should be removed at the conclusion of the third day (Wednesday, 24, 2008, at 17:30).

Participants’ registration, information and cashier desks, boards for messages and announcements, etc, will be located in the entrance hall of Chamber of Commerce, except on Sunday, September 21, when it will be placed in Hotel Park.

BOOK OF ABSTRACTS
The Book of Abstracts will be published and included in the conference materials for the participants.
The Proceedings, including full-length papers of both oral and poster presentations, shall be published and mailed after the conference to each registered participant at no additional cost. Others may purchase the Proceedings at 100 € cost.
The distribution of papers can be done upon the author’s request during the Conference. Secretariat may help with distribution if needed.
